What is the question you are trying to ask?

Have you tried buying the item but not putting it in your basket first, pressing the Buy it Now and going straight to eBay checkout to pay?
Also, which device or browser are you using the app / mobile browser are seriously lacking in all functions and options they offer so if using those, switch to a laptop / PC and try Chrome, then see if that helps adding your items to a basket, or buying and paying direct.
