Switch and bait

Sold a Nintendo switch lite on eBay and the buyer is claiming it’s not as described. You can clearly see it is a different console and not the one I sent . They are trying to scam me is there anything I can do ?

Tell them it's not the same item and see what they say.   If they escalate the case to ebay and win you can appeal here:
