You are obviously aware of the Money Back Guarantee and that it only covers you for 30 days.

You had to start a return within that period and ask Ebay to step in if the seller didn't provide a label promptly.

Depending on how you paid, you may be able to start a chargeback with your payment provider and get a refund that way.

Contact your bank and ask them what the process is to get a refund when you have bought a counterfeit item online.

You should definitely call your bank as apple pay doesn't provide much buyer protection.

You don't need to ask for the fraud department, just explain that you have bought a watch that you believe to be counterfeit. What you want is for them to issue a chargeback which will reverse the payment and pay you back.

They may ask you to provide written evidence that it is a counterfeit. An authorised distributor for the make concerned should be able to provide this, although they may make a charge for doing so.
