Dear eBay Greater China Support Team,

I am submitting this formal appeal regarding the restriction on my account that prevents me from shipping items to the United States. I have previously contacted support, but the response I received was clearly automated and did not address the specific facts and evidence I provided.

Please consider the following:

All “Item Not Received” (INR) cases have been fully resolved.

I submitted valid proof of delivery, which was accepted.

All related defects have been removed from my account.

My current INR rate is 0%.

There are no defects on my Seller Dashboard.

I am fully compliant with eBay’s policies and strive to maintain a high standard of service.

Despite all of this, my account is still restricted from shipping to the U.S., which is completely unjustified based on my current account health. This decision appears to have been made without any actual human review.

I respectfully urge a manual, human review of my account by a qualified member of your team who can see the current and accurate status. I have done everything required to meet eBay’s standards, and there is no valid reason for this shipping restriction to remain in place.

Please remove the shipping restriction to the United States and fully restore my account’s functionality. This is critical to the success of my business, and I sincerely hope for a prompt and fair resolution.
