Wonder if anyone can help. I bought a Tube Amplifier Delivered 19th Dec 2024. It was faulty on arrival ( One Tube not lighting and sound distorted ). Immediately got in touch with the seller. They said they would work with me ( Send replacement tube ) . Took some time tube arrived did not solve the issue. They then strung me along till 30 days were over. Now I am getting no response from them after sending numerous messages . I cannot find any method to register a dispute with eBay as it keeps saying my 30 days are up!
