Strung Along till Refund 30 Days Expired

Wonder if anyone can help. I bought a Tube Amplifier Delivered 19th Dec 2024. It was faulty on arrival ( One Tube not lighting and sound distorted ). Immediately got in touch with the seller. They said they would work with me ( Send replacement tube ) . Took some time tube arrived did not solve the issue. They then strung me along till 30 days were over. Now I am getting no response  from them after sending numerous messages . I cannot find any method to register a dispute with eBay as it keeps saying my 30 days are up!

As you found, going past the 30 days ebay won't help.

Try your payment provider. 

Never let sellers delay you opening and escalating case within 30 days.
