Still no response from a seller

Following an earlier request regarding the purchase of a generator  which after the 30 day deadline was found to be faulty and as I had contacted the seller on numerous occasions over a several month period, still with no response at all, I was advised rom this forum to take it to Citizen's Advice. This we did and a letter was drafted and subsequently sent (by recorded delivery) with a deadline of 14 days for a response. The deadline is now past as we are still without any contact from the seller.  This looks like another trip to CA to take things further, which is certainly not we were expecting to have to do.  Incidentally the item was purchased from a Bona Fide Tool's company who have seem to lack any after sale's help and thought for their customers.  The item was purchased in May and it is now November so you can see how long we have been waiting for the company to respond.

You know ebay won't do anything now.

If letter didn't do anything. 

Maybe small claims court is next step  you can do this online.

This is your third posting here about this generator. You have accepted that there's nothing further to be done through eBay, and have been advised about contacting your payment provider or the CA.

 

Our role here is to try to help other members with eBay trading issues. Good luck with your efforts to pursue your claim against the seller but this is no longer eBay matter.  Unless there's some way in which we can help you need to be advised by the CA or a solicitor now.
