Stamps real?

Hi, I bought these stamps and they seem legit but there’s a few things that are making me confused. The paper is yellow which I have never seen Royal Mail use. The phosphorus bands have inconsistencies (see reply below for 2nd picture) and the stamps haven’t been placed straight on the paper they are all bent. Regardless of this the Royal Mail barcode scanner on the Royal Mail app shows that the stamps are real and not counterfeits. Also if you see the picture the barcode is raised which only real stamps have. Could somebody help me determine if these are real or counterfeit.

Re: Stamps real?

Where did you buy them from, that should provide your answer.

If an online site or social site then they may well be fakes, there's loads about.

If from your local Post Office then they're not fake.

Re: Stamps real?

I would strongly suggest either counterfeit or are being reused and have had new adhesive to rear. The backing paper is definitely wrong it should be as shown below from our stocks.

should be two phosphor bands one left and right. I cannot remember the perforation measurement on this issue but can check. The barcode on that value and one other are slightly embossed. The stamps are printed in two separate runs with the barcodes being inkjet printing.
