I have a decent balance in my account. However, when I make a purchase and click on "Pay with" the "Use funds" option is greyed out and so not available. I have spoken to Customer Service twice about this but haven't had any joy. I can wtihdraw to bank account. I've verified my account and turned on 2 factor authentication. Anyone any other ideas please?
