Speaking to ebay and getting help

Is there a way to actually speak to someone from ebay and is there any point?
I can't believe how hard they make it.
I have a seller who posted my order via evri, who claim they delivered it. They haven't.
I have contacted evri, which is automated and it won't show me any delivery details  as it requests teh delivery postcode. When i enter that, they say its incorrect. Which to me means they have the wrong adress.
I contacted the seller who claims they sent it to my ebay delivery address, which can't be the case.
I asked the seller to contact evri or even try to get the proof of delivery using my post code.
But the seller is now not responding.
I tried to report an item not received to ebay, but depite the tracking showing as delivered, ebay says it is due for delivery today and won't let me open a report.
I tried going through the ebay chat, but that is just a bot that won't connect me to a person. I get a response saying have us call you, but then no way of doing that.

What do i do now? Is there a way to contact ebay  that i dont know of?

You always have to wait until the last estimated delivery date on the listing has passed before opening a "not received" case.

If you still want to contact ebay you can use callback on here:
