As per title...every time i make an offer for any items i get this message.

Payment is properly set up...all good on my part.

Are you still having this issue? Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and try a different browser to see if that makes a difference. If you are still getting the error message can you give me the item number example, the type of browser and I will report with tech.
