Something is wrong. Please try again later label print issue

hi 

So tried booking a collection day/time with Royal mail .

Usually  I drop off but not long been out of hospital do kind of can't do this.

Anyway tried generating the label for a purchase and it said the above - "Something is wrong. Please try again later" May have could not generate label.

I only started sellign on eBay about 5-6 weeks ago & seeing no way to really contact eBay directly is beyond shocking for a multibillion pound company.

The address looks normal for the delivery.

Is there a fix for this?

Thank you for your post.

We do have an open ticket with tech for an issue with generating labels for Simple Delivery with click and collect orders but not for ones that are for booking a collection with the Royal Mail.

Has the label now generated for your order or are you still getting the unable to generate message?

Hello

Yes thankfully it resolved now. 

Must have been an issue with Royal Mails end from what I read online due to it not allowing me to 

create a collection but seemed ok otherwise.
