How do I sell an item to someone in Chile because of try to select Latin America and it's still won't let me everything so difficult

It says YOU post to Chile via RM international.

Looking at one of your listings not only does it say you post to Chile, you give postage, so a buyer in Chile can just buy and pay.

 Chile is a separate Country, you will not find Latin America as a Country to which you post.
