Someone else's parcel

I'm wondering if someone can help please? I went to my pick up point to get my parcel earlier & was handed a parcel that was poorly wrapped with the item showing. There are two labels on the package, one to the original person & one to me. Evri delivered it to the pick up point, I've been in touch with them & am waiting a response. In the meantime can someone suggest anything please? Thanks Ando

You can contact the seller about it but basically you will need to start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

What was in package, presumably not what you ordered.

Rather than expecting any action from Evri, open a not as described case.

You cannot open a Not received case as you have received something whatever it is.
