Some people. ! Any suggestions ?

Hi all... 

I always check for  new sales every morning early,  so I can dispatch same day if possible. when RM come at approx 9-30am.

 

So..   A customer ordered and paid for a watch at .... just before midnight on Wednesday. 

          I saw the order at approx 6-30am Thursday...  Prepared packaging and watch over my first coffee of the day.

          Went click/drop at approx 7-30am to TRY and book postage for collection THAT day, Large letter 2nd class. 

At click drop,,   Customers address supplied on `order details`  , didn`t match up at all with postcode supplied.  showing something not even close.     so,,,  stuck. 

Messaged customer immediately, approx 7-40am Thursday.    No reply all day,,,   got reply at 9-30pm Thursday,,,   with correct address.  (nothing at all like what was supplied originally )   and zero apology.   so I finally received correct address at 9-30pm Thursday.  

So obviously I then Booked collection for Friday collection.      Friday approx 10am  RM collect, and I mark as dispatched.       

Saturday ...............   Message from buyer   ........  (  no Hello`s  or Hi`s  ) ...  just an abrupt....   

 

                                                                        "  i do not got this item yet. it not arrive.  "          .

 

Just for curiousity,,,what would be  YOUR reply to customer. ???

Unless you post ONLY to address supplied by ebay, you will end up refunding. Buyer obviously knows more about the system than you do.
