Sold the goods

I sold item. Been waiting for money but it says that i will get money when item will be delivered. I waited for 2 weeks then i contacted royal mail and they confirmed that item has beed delivered. But on ebad it shows that item still not delivered. What can i do in this case? Thank you

If the RM  online website shows as delivered,then you can contact ebay here for a call back, and pass on the tracking details and they can release the payment for you.eBay Customer Service

Currently the ebay tracking system is not working/updating but ebay are aware.

You can contact ebay to ask about getting your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

But if your account is classed as a new seller it may be held for 30 days anyway.
