Please I have a seriuos issue ..I need assistance.I bought an Arthroscopy from a Pakistan.I got information that it has been shipped but I didn't receive.When I raised the case, the supplier begged me to closed the case that he has shipped.I closed the case and I discovered the items hasn't been shipped
Please help me ebay
All communication is on ebay platform..please I dont want to be scarmed through ebay.
Please am waiting for help

On rare occasions ebay have been known to reopen closed cases so as long as it's still within 30 days of the estimated delivery date contact ebay and see what they say. You can use callback on here:

If they cannot help contact your payment provider and try to arrange a refund or chargeback with them.

It would help so much to tell us the date of purchase and how you paid when asking questions.
If within the last 30 days you should still be able to use PayPal's buyer protection policy, if that's how you paid.
Otherwise, as said according to how you paid your credit or debit card issuer may be able to help.
There is no point in us referring you to any UK statutory consumer rights if the item was purchased from a seller in Pakistan.
