Hi I’ve recently sold an item on eBay and provided tracking number . The couriers website shows it’s been delivered , the customer has said they have received it, yet eBay’s tracking system is still saying dispatched . So won’t release the money .
after contacting eBay they suggested I get onto the courier ( parcelforce ) to update there system .
