Sold item needed address change

Hello e Bayers 

When i sold an item buyer  realised she had given old address for prepaid / printed eBay address label

I used hand written label to her new correct address

As no label was printed shows that item has not been dispatched nor received

Still showing almost my list of other items for sale/ pending 

How may I i remove it / effectively complete transaction please

You cannot alter/ add the  new tracking as you are sending this now to a different address.

I hope this wasn't an expensive item as you now have no eBay protection sending to a different address than that on the order details,  should the buyer claim item not received.  The best outcome would have been to cancel the order,  Buyer requests to cancel,  refunding the buyer and for them change their address of their eBay account or this can be done at eBay checkout.

Hopefully, the  buyer is honest,  and as you cannot mark it as dispatched your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days before release.

Is this item on a different account? I cannot see that you have sold anything since April. 

As @tressygirl  has said, I hope your buyer is honest as they could claim Item not delivered on it because you have sent to a different address.

The item was duly received about 3 months ago and buyer very happy
I did send it by tracked method as it was a valuable item

So will this forever remain effectively halted or can i explain to e bay and ask them to “remove “it

Will not make same error again.

The transaction was completed in April
And yes you are correct I haven’t put anything for sale since then
The nice young Scottish girl i sold to was living in Edinburgh but still had her home address on Isle of Skye

Appreciate your feedback and will not allow this to happen again
I would like to eliminate the listing from my items as it still shows up as if I haven’t sent it
