Sold item and posted buyer account no longer active

Hi can anyone help. I sold an item Monday shipped it the same day. Wednesday I get an email from eBay saying buyers account no longer active do not ship?  Already phoned courier it got there already!! Anyone know what to do or now what happens??

Did you receive notification that the buyer has paid?

  Then all is well,  they paid,  you sent the item,  then for whatever reason eBay have  removed them from their site.

You have notifiaction too,  that the item was received.  As said all is well.
