Hello everyone
Thanks for your support in advance.
I sold an item and the buyer asked me for the app I use for a listing.
Its a free website that makes "army lists" to help the process.
I shared an image of this in the chat with the buyer,
Then ebay locked the conversation and I cant speak to him.
Theres no way for me to call in for help or way to get the communication unblocked.
Can you help please?
Best regards
A

eBay regarded this as the start of an off eBay sale and blocked this and any further conversation you may wish to have with this buyer.
I would stay well away from trying any further contact so that you do not receive severe selling restrictions.

You can contact your buyer - you have both their address and their phone number in order details.
As you have completed the sale and you are trying to provide information your buyer would like, why not write to them or text them?

Your account is also at risk if you don't remove your listings for homeopathic consultations. They break a number of ebay rules.
Are those warhammer items your old unwanted personal possessions?
