Hi
I have just sold a childs toy and clearly stated it was the cart only- no items.
When it was sold I messaged the buyer to check they were happy and I mentioned I would pack and post the next day.
I didn’t hear anything back and paid for postage, but haven’t yet taken it to the yodel shop since I knew I had missed the delivery for that day and its a big item.
The buyer has now come back saying they don’t want the item and want a refund - what should I do? Can I claim the postage cost back? Or should I still send it? I am not too sure?
Many thanks in advance of your help 🙂

If you used ebay's simple delivery the unused label is automatically refunded to whoever paid for it.
If you didn't use SD find the label on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub
On the left of sales record there's a dropdown menu under "Actions". Click on that then click on "Void Label". The refund will take between 5 and 7 days to process.
