I sold a few items to the same person. One was pick up only and the others were pick up or send. The buyer paid on line and then came and picked up all the items. The item which was pick up only is fine. The buyer had a code, i entered it and the payment has been released to me. The other items, she didnt have a code, she told me to request QR code for shipping. Then she said she would complete the order when she got home. So those items, according to ebay, in the process of being shipped. How can I get the order completed and the funds released?
