I sold an item with "buyer pays delivery".
Then found the buyer was local so physically delivered the item to him.
But ebay won't allow me to mark the item as "despatched" (or "delivered") and the only option is "get prepaid label" which I don't need, and will then take the money for the despatch off me!
The buyer has given me positive feedback so that shows he's received the item
How can I resolve this?
