Small Parcel price now £5.15 again, this happened the other day too, Why is this?

Is there a glitch on ebay at present? The other day all of my Royal Mail 2nd Class small parcel up to 2kg went up to £5.15.  It went back to £3.44 and I thought it was sorted but again today everything is £5.15 again.   Royal mail only charge £3.45 so it shouldn't cost buyers any more.  Why is this happening?

Thank you for this.  Unfortunately I cannot select small parcel, it only seems to gives me an option of £5.15! Hope they can sort it.
