Simple postage?

For people who buy multiple items the simple postage combines individual package weights and gives too high packaging weight and cost, I cannot cancel or change the label - what can I do?

There is currently an issue for combining postage on multiple item purchases.  That is,  basically it's not possible.

eBay suggest,  once a buyer pays for all items,  you then make a partial refund for the excess.

Not ideal,  I agree.
