Simple delivery

Is anyone else experiencing that when simple delivery is opted for buyer to pay it is showing in my listings as free with seller to pay ?!

Simple delivery

It is up to you to ensure you set up correctly, by adding a postage cost to listing.

While buyer pays for postage, the money is paid to you with the purchase price and you buy the postage.

All your listings show proper postage costs, none show as free postage.

Simple delivery

When listing the postage shows the amount the buyer pays from when you request simple delivery, that is automatic and no option to change as it depends which courier they choose at the time of order.
The issue is when it’s listed under my items for sale it’s showing as free….seller pays ?!

Simple delivery

Your listings that I have looked at all have postage quoted which buyer pays to you, you then have to pay for the postage.

I do not see how buyer can buy postage when they will pay the cost  to you, there does not appear to be any choice of delivery when clicking on postage cost on your listings. Some are Evri others RM tracked 48, but no choice.

Simple delivery

Hi John
I changed all my listings that were on Simple Delivery to Custom Delivery as they were all showing free postage.
Maybe you could check it by listing something yourself to see if it’s the same for you.
I fully understand how normal postage works as I’ve been on eBay for 16yrs now.
