Simple delivery

Hi, how does this new "simple delivery" work when you have multiple of the same item. I listed an item with a quantity of 3. Someone bought all 3 but it only provided enough postage for 1 of the items. It only charged the buyer for postage as if they had bought one so not enough for me to post it with. How do you sort this out?

At 1m long, your items were not eligible for Simple Delivery and the postage is stated as 'other courier'.

When you set up the postage, it looks as if you set up 'no additional postage cost' if the buyer bought more than one item.

This is not a Simple Delivery issue.  It looks as if you made an error when you listed.  You will have to check your original listing to see if this was the case.

If it was your mistake, then you should really honour the sale and the postage cost or try and sort something out with your buyer.

Simple delivery

Hi, on the app I don't see any option where it says no additional postage if buyer buys more than one item. I would prefer not to do the simple delivery and sort out my own delivery but it seems i only get that option. How can I opt out of simple delivery?
