Simple delivery

My item which is for sale in UK is a small coffe cup and saucer. Weight of 431 g.

Dimensions of box meet the criteria. Price is above £10

Simple delivery is telling me it is not eligible for simple delivery.

I have been plodding through for hours and cannot find resolution.

Please can someone help me!!

This is UK site, you need to log out and ask on ebay.com as you are in USA.

Your account shows you as being in the USA - that is where the issue lies.

Have you always been based in the UK since you opened your Ebay account?

I have had an ebay.com account since 2011 but when I tried to post in UK
this am (where I am now located) it kept having errors such as selling in $
etc. I transferred to ebay.co.uk and amended my location, shipping address
etc etc etc.
I have my draft now showing selling in £. shipping from Preston, Lancs etc.
This has taken all day and it is awful as I am trying to sell multiple
items for my mother's estate.

Your best solution would be to open a fresh account on ebay.co.uk as this account will continue to have US registration status even with the changes you have been able to make.

I started to figure this might be necessary.. I just hope I can

You can't use same email, has to be a different one.
