Simple delivery/setting your own postage

I use simple delivery. I have an item for sale that costs a lot to post because of its length(it is not heavy) How can I change my delivery options for just this item? I don't want my other items for sale to change from simple delivery. Can anyone help me? Thanks .

You can only opt out of SD for items bigger than 120cm x 80cm x 80cm or heavier than 70kg.
