I recently sent an item via eBay simple delivery ( Evri). The package was delivered opened and the item was missing . The buyer has been refunded under eBay buyer protection policy , but I am now out of pocket as I no longer have the item or the money from the sale
I’m being passed from pillar to post as Evri say contact eBay and will close the case , eBay say the same , contact Evri and have closed the case , I can’t opt out of simple delivery so will not be selling on eBay in future How do I raise a claim with eBay ?
