I am getting nowhere with ebay re this simple delivery issue !!.
I have always chosen postage only, via royal mail,and send items at my local post office. I created listing and chose the postage only method as usual. Sent items tracked royal mail . When trying to add the tracking info for buyer. Ebay have taken this option away. And have deducted money from sale for pre paid label which i did not choose,or buyer !!!. I messaged buyer and explained this,and asked that they issue positive feedback,and delivery report that items have been recieved. If ebay do not resolve this issue,and refund the money to me for non existant pre paid label simple delivery. I will not be an ebay member any longer !!!!. Has anyone else had this rip off occur ???
