Simple delivery opt out?

How can I opt out of simple delivery? As of today I appear to have been charged by eBay for delivery of an item I am drop shipping. In effect I will now be paying twice for delivery. Once to eBay and once to the drop shipper? I have since tried to list an item and it seems that simple delivery is set as a default that I cannot change?

When creating a new listing here's how to opt out:

Click on Custom Postage option,  this is next to the simple delivery option on the listing on the right hand side, and it should allow you to then select your postage options.

The above is when using a PC / laptop,  sorry I don't use the app or mobile browser,  but imagine it must be in a similar place.

Click on "Switch to advanced options" at the bottom of the postage section, and again on the pop-up you'll get, during the listing/revising process.

If you are drop shipping you need an ebay business account and they don't have Simple Delivery.
