Simple delivery on relists?

I have looked everywhere but can’t find what will happen. I have buy it now auctions that relist automatically every 30 days. 
Will eBay put these listings on to simple delivery when they relist? It states in their info it is new listings, but do they class these as new listings when the auto relist? 
can I tell by viewing my listing if it is now on simple delivery. 
25 years on eBay and this is the biggest mess they have ever decided to change to.

Simple Delivery for Private sellers is to be mandatory, but a definitive date has not yet been announced,  a vague before end of Q1 is all we know, for now.

Presently,  you can if you wish,  opt out of Simple Delivery.

If you have selected Simple Delivery on those items , when they relist they will show the same delivery option.

My buy it now listings renewed automatically after 4th and Simple Delivery was not added.  The postage stayed the same as I originally chose.
