Delayed funds

All thease changes on eBay are making me not want to sell stuff .I can no longer use the app and when I've sold stuff provided a tracking number it has been delivered had positive feedback but because it's not saying delivered on my account eBay are holding my funds .am  I going to have this problem with everything I sell .if so not worth going through the bother of selling stuff and trying to getting the funds

Many are stating the same issues since all the changes, and delivery issues and payment holds do need to be looked at.
