This query relates to a business account that has mainly been used for purchasing for several years . Now started to list. As far as i am aware simple delivery is available to business sellers.
Whenever i try to list an item - which i know is avaliable to list under the same categories on other sites with simple delivery it comes up with the same - this listing not available block ,however many times i amend title and category.
I Spoke to an agent who would not budge from - you cannot have simple deivery on this item end of because it does not comply with what is permitted etc.
Efeectively it appears at the moment i am blocked fron using simple delivery on anything.
1. Can business sellers have simple delivery
2. Is this a glitch in the system
3. is it because i have just started selling on this site
any help much appreciated
