I am attempting to list an item which exceeds the 61*45 cm size dimensions and there is no postage option. I cannot change from Simple Delivery to Custom Delivery and I have read on other forums answers that there is an "oversized" option but this is not available.
What on earth do I do?
The item is listed under Home&Garden, Hot Tubs and is starting at £5.
TIA

When you click on the packet size box during the listing process you will get the various size options in a pop-up. Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up list and you should see a link that says:
"Looking for heavier or larger package options? Switch to custom postage."
Then you'll be able to set your own postage.
Use a browser on a laptop or desktop. If you're still not seeing the switch option change your title to emphasise the size of the item and see if that triggers the option you want.

Thankyou for your response. I have added to the item specifications the length, width and height selecting from the drop down list therefore not typing in a value to ensure it is above the 61*45 dimension and still nothing.
There is no option for larger package options and I have tried it on the desktop site and the app.

I have discovered a solution I believe.... complete the listing but do not submit, go back to starting price and change to £500, go back to the postage which will enable custom postage, there select what service you want, go back to the listing price and change to original (£5), go back to postage and oversized option suddenly becomes available!!!!
Absolute fluke I discovered this. Let me know if this works for anyone else.

Let us know if it works long-term without ebay flipping it back to SD.
