So to post off an item over 60 cm it has to be sent via Evri ( I used to get courier collection for these items ) now I have to select Evri as preferred courier and block Royal Mail ( otherwise buyers can select Royal Mail postage) however when the item is listed all previous listings change to Evri postage , there is no way to change the option until you list or relist another item why doesn’t the postage courier selected stay as selected at time of listing the item I now find that I have to travel to the next village to drop of Evri postage this is very time consuming and awkward as I suffer from breathing problems this simple postage is not at all simple
i also recently had to cancel a sale of an item over 60 cm as the buyer chose Royal Mail service that doesn’t take larger items
