Simple delivery charge

Where do I find the simple delivery refund form? ebay have already taken the postage feel even though I never used it.

If you are the seller and had ' Seller Pays' on that listing here's how to receive a refund for the unused label.  You must cancel it within 4 days.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

If you are the buyer you will be automatically refunded after 30 days.

Thanks for your help, but I think because the money has been taken from my funds it doesn’t show in that section anymore.

Just to let everyone know I filled out the form & contacted eBay & apparently I have to wait upto 14 days for the Simple Delivery refund. They were very quick to responded & as long I get the refund I’m happy, hopefully not that long to wait.
