Simple delivery charge twice

Not sure why but I have been charged twice for simple delivery on one parcel. I only printed one lable at home with evri and took parcel to shop as usual. 

I have looked at cancel lable in my ebay but doesn't work.

If there is an unused Simple Delivery label, the refund goes back to whoever paid the label this way:

• If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.  Also ensure you add the replacement tracking number of the service used, and it shows delivery.

I selected buyer pays on simple delivery but its me that has the lesser payment ? Am I missing something 😕

The postage costs on your all transactions report are for postage you bought using Packlink so nothing to do with simple delivery. 

The transaction report breaks down your payment not an individual sale.

The order breakdown is for an individual sale and shows the buyer paid the postage.
