Hi there,
I'm still getting to grips with "Simple" Delivery, had a bumpy start with the one parcel I've sent so far. I looked at the printable label, which appeared to invalidate the QR code, got an "Already printed" error at the Post Office so had to print the label and send that way... 😃
Does anyone know if it's possible to prevent international delivery? My issue with it is the customs forms involved - my items are low value and it's simply not worth the hassle of sending internationally.
Many thanks!
John

You need to show the countries you do not wish to post to, in your Site Preferences here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
On the left sidebar select Postage Preferences, scroll down to Exclude Postage locations and select the countries there you do and do not wish to post to. There is a little box at the bottom of that list to add this to any item listed , with no bids.

@tressygirl , thanks for the prompt response, much appreciated.
When I click "Edit" on "Exclude postage locations", I get the message
You are opted in business policies. Please view your excluded locations in postage policies. |
This has a link, "View postage policies", which leads me to a list of all the postage policies I had before Simple Delivery came along - which includes some listings from before that, but also those since. I thought that Simple Delivery overrides the old postage policies - it said that when I created my recent listings
To add to the confusion, my postage policies don't offer international delivery ...
I'll try removing the postage policies from the newer listings, see how that goes.
Thanks again, and I'll let you know how it goes! 😊

Oh my, nothing seems to be remotely easy with this SD !
Yes, do let us know if you're successful in removing the polices for new listings ! 🤔

@tressygirl , a quick fix - somehow - was to remove Evri from one of my two postage policies (I noticed that new listings that had the other policy selected - without Evri - didn't offer international sales). Strange 🤔
This has messed up my old, pre-SD listings slightly, as Evri is no longer a choice, but perhaps I can add that manually - or failing that, just relist with SD.
I think I might as well just delete the postage policies, I don't see the point of them now, as eBay says SD is the only option now.
