I have refunded my buyer for a damaged item delivered by Evri, how do i recoup my losses?

With SD ebay covers sellers for loss and damage in transit.    The buyer opens a return using the reason "Item Damaged" then ebay issues the refund themselves and the seller keeps the payment.

I'm not sure ebay will do anything now you've refunded but contact them in the morning and see what they say.  You can request a callback on here:
