Simple Delivery

Can anyone tell me why a seller should be responsible for additional postage costs if a buyer does not pay enough on the new simple delivery system?  As the seller has no input on which service the buyer selects how is it than their fault if the buyer does not pay enough?

You need to make sure your listings include a correct weight and parcel size.

Then, Ebay will add the postage to your listing and collect that amount from the buyer and provide a label for you to print.

If you list items as large letters, which should be small parcels, then the buyer might not pay enough but that would be your error.

There should not be any circumstances where a buyer doesn't pay enough.

Thank you very much. I don’t sell a lot, so your guidance is super helpful. I will go over my listings and ensure I have added the correct size and weight.
