Hi, New to selling here and have recently sold something and used simple delivery, printed label and post office said its too heavy. Now i've had to use a different courier with different tracking but ebay wont let me update the order. I have contacted the seller and they are ok with this but i'm worried about payment not being released as ebay is tracking the wrong parcel now. How do i get paid? Contact us AI was useless.

The option to change tracking number has been removed. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened.

As an untracked item the payment may be held for 14 days. But also as you are a new seller there's a possibility the payment will be held for 30 days anyway. Either way you will get it in the end.
