Simple Delivery

I followed all the procedures, boxed up the parcels, wrote on names and addresses, but then the flaw in the system kicked in, the idiot postman put the wrong labels on the wrong parcels and wham first I know my customers are complaining they got the wrong items, no help whatsoever ever from the automated response which decided I had told it that my parcels didn’t scan at the post office. This site has become a joke, you can’t talk to a human being, you have little to no control over postage, and they expect you to pay ever increasing amounts for such *bleep* poor service

Two comments from me.

Firstly, this is not Ebay's fault. The postman muddled the labels and this is not an issue Ebay can help with.  You will have to sort this out with your buyers.

Secondly, if you were properly registered as a business seller, you would not have to use Simple Delivery.

What are you paying "ever increasing amounts" of, exactly?
