Simple Delivery

Trying to list items under £10, large letter size, but only choice is simple delivery costing £2.94. From reading the Simple Delivery details I should be able to opt out but I can't see how I can do it!

As far as I know its only letter items, not large letter.  But even that is not working at the mo.
