Simple Delivery is broken

I am trying to list a set of 4 badges to sell that i know will only cost me £1.55 to post, yet ebays auto system won't change the price from the £2.72 Simple Delivery feature. I have large letter selected yet it doesn't change to the lower rate.

If you are listing them for less than £20, you will have to find a category where you don't have to use Simple Delivery.

Maybe not all types of badge are eligible for you to choose your own postage.

Virtually any badge comes in the exempt category, just use the “other badges” category.
