Am I missing something? It seems we are being forced to use eBay Simple Delivery and although it allows for the use of Royal Mail there seems to be two key features that are no longer available. I have always previously printed my own label and arranged doorstep collection at no extra cost. Also, when ordering the label I add the buyers phone number and/or email address for tracking purposes which means they get direct notification from Royal Mail rather than having to log into eBay orders. The Simple Delivery system just seems to spew out a pre-printed label with the expectation that I have to arrange my own transport to take it to a Royal Mail drop off point. Anyone found a workaround please?
