Simple Delivery and collection only not working at all

I'm wanting to list a bicycle frame with collection only.  Even putting in size as 100cm long the daft SD tries to use Royal Mail medium parcel (max 61cm long) and with no option for collection only.

I've tried getting the item listed using iphone app, microsoft outlook and Google Chrome.  all the same and all totally useless.

Have ebay totally lost the plot or am a missing a "magic button" somewhere!

I've been on ebay for many, many years and this is driving me bonkers as it appears to suddenly be totally useless.

Any clues please?!

That's what I would like and expect to see but it's not what I get.

I'll try and get a screen shot in the morning.

Which device or browser are you using?

If the app or mobile browser,  it may be worth switching if you can to a laptop /PC and try Chrome that seems to work well with eBay,  and try from there.

This is the screen I get, whether on App, Outlook, or Chrome.  As it's a bike frame and it's 105CM long it clearly won't fit the "medium parcel" that the daft Simple Delivery over-ride is trying to use, and there's no option for collection only either.  I have put the dimensions into the additional details section too.  

I really can't imagine what's going on.  I've been using ebay for years and never got stuck as the system just seems not to be working at all right now.

Unfortunately I get no option for collection only, and a completely erroneous Simple Delivery "solution" that luckily I have not used to complete the listing.

I've tried doing it on my iphone App, on Microsoft Outlook and on Chrome on my PC.  All the same.  All stuck on a SD that is wrong, that I can't over-ride, and with no collection only option.

Why on earth ebay have called this "Simple Delivery" is beyond me and why one cannot opt out is just daft as it doesn't fit all listings.

I'm hoping that one of you good folk will be able to help but right now the item I want to list I cannot.

The mystery has deepened a little John!

I have another ebay account that I access off this computer but which I do via Google Chrome.  If I log on to that account and go to list a bicycle frame I get the same screen as you have sent as a screenshot.  In other words all fine and dandy.

If I log onto my "normal" ebay account I get the screen that I sent to you as a screenshot.  This is whether I'm in Chrome or Edge, same problem.

In summary I get two different screens on the same computer.  One is totally useless, but is the one I want to use for my bicycle listing, the other is great and aligns with your screenshot page and what I would  hope/expect to see.

What on earth is going on???

Any help would be appreciated.

I have John, and I get this screen, pasted below.

It's all sorts of stuff about postage policies and using one of those policies I've managed to set to local pickup only, but it's a right faff and more of a workaround than a proper solution.  What I WANT to get is that nice screen with three boxes that you showed originally, but something, somewhere is stopping me getting that on this particular account.  On my other account the three box solution is available, on this account it's not.  Both are set up as private sellers as far as I know.

I would really like to sort this as I have a whole bunch of stuff to list and there's no way I want to use the ridiculous Simple Delivery as it's hopeless on items where having proper control over postage and insurance is vital.

I hope that the community can shed some light on what I might need to do.
