Late evening sale tonight...a now mandatory simple delivery which means I didn't set the postage (I'll be judged on, lowest postage large letter 1kg!!). It doesnt state what postage WAS paid so I can wrap to the crrect limits. I am a no returns seller and the Simple Delivery label includes my "returns address" - which is against my wishes and needs. As sellers we are judged on dispatch timescales...I could have this collected tomorrow (Saturday) but Ebay can only arrange collection for Monday and impose printing a label on me...when I prefer RM to bring labels. I am disabled on crutches cannot go to parcel shops with any ease. This is a huge and damaging impact on disabled sellers. I'm unsure how it can be lawful. I can't find a way to reach out to Ebay for some corporate process to accept feedback. I guess they don't care?
