I dropped a parcel off at the Evri locker over a week ago and it's not been picked up by Evri. I'm not sure what to do as I can't retrieve the parcel and send it via another method and Evri won't let me talk to them and they won't investigate.
The store where the locker is are telling me that it's nothing to do with them and Ebay are just saying I should be grateful that they provide the simple delivery service and even said that if I wanted to even give feedback about Simple Delivery I would have to compensate Evri and the buyer! Which would mean I have to pay twice for this entire thing!
What on earth am I supposed to do? How often are parcels collected from Evri lockers? Is over a week normal?
